We have been navigating the development planning process since 2007 for landowners, promoters and developers.

Site identification

We are involved from the earliest stages of land identification and assembly, conducting due diligence across our disciplines so that development proposals are realistic and achievable.

Promotion and planning

We are adept at developing strategies to help promote sites either for allocation through the Local Plan /
Neighbourhood Plan process or straight to a planning application. We prepare the technical evidence across our disciplines to assist in reaching a planning permission, including agreeing aspects of legal obligations related to our specialisms.

An often-overlooked aspect of our work is how to communicate such technical matters to a wider audience; this is something we are particularly capable of through various media and presentations including face to face.

When the planning system doesn’t quite function as intended, we can offer expert witness support at inquiry.

We are often involved in site disposal through providing marketing material, comprehensive briefings to prospective purchasers, reviewing bids, and interviewing developers to help achieve best value for the client.
